A is for Authentic

I saw this card on the Stampin' Up! website and just had to share it with you.  It is so simple, I love all the white space on it!  I can't wait to try recreatingiwht with other color combo.  Thinking it is a great card to send to a guy, homemade, yet not girly.  (We all know how those men can be right?)

All of the necessary supplies for making this card can be found here.

I can see clearly now the wood is gone......

Ok the wood isn't really gone, Stampin' Up! will always have wood mounted stamp; however, starting Jan. 4th they are also going to have Clearn Mounted Stamps!! How exciting is that?

Over the past few years, there has been enormous demand from demonstrators and customers alike for a line of repositionable clear-mount stamps. Well, you asked for it, and now you have it! Starting with stamps in the 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog and the 2010 Sale-A-Bration Brochure, Stampin′ Up! now offers our exclusive stamp art in both traditional wood-mount, and the new clear-mount option.

Our new clear-mount stamps are the result of extensive research with the intent to maintain the very best image quality in the stamping industry, while at the same time offering the ease-of-use and storability inherent in repositionable clear-mount stamps.

Clear-Mount Features
•Nine different sizes of clear blocks available individually or as a discounted bundle.
•Blocks have ergonomic grooves on all four sides for easy grip and traditional wood-mount feel.
•Stamps and blocks are durable and easy to clean with your Stampin’ Scrub and Stampin' Mist.
•Optional image labels on stamp backs let you decide if you want to see the image through the block or not.
•Tight die-cutting for easy image positioning.
•Large clear blocks can be used to create collages or spell words with alphabet sets.
•Stamps store easily in standard, DVD-type cases with artwork on front and spine, making organization easy.
If you are already on my mailing list, you will be receiving the catalog that carries the new clear stamps along with some other amazing products closer to the holidays.  If you are not on my mailing list and would like a copy of the catalog email me today! to get your own copy.

My Digital Studio Cheat Sheet

I am always trying to find DSP when I am working on a project, I can never remember what paper goes with what kit, so I decided to take some time and make a quick book with all of the pages, a cheat sheet if you will.

My Digital Studio Certified

I got word today from Stampin' Up! that I am official My Digital Studio certified.  Basically that is a fancy way for saying I am addicted to My Digital Studio and love creating with it.  Not really but kind of, seriously through, because of my addiction, I wanted to learn everything I could about the software, so I took watching some videos and took some quizzes to check my knowledge.  I was suprised to learn I knew more than I thought I did.  Still need to work on creating calendars and movies, that is a task to tackle when school is on break.  Maybe Thanksgiving break.
Here is my most recent creation, I wanted to have some cards handy to send just in case.  I love the richness of chocolate chip and the brightness that kiwi kiss brings to the project.  Heck, who am I kidding, I love that kiwi kiss is back!!!
this is the inside of the card, just a little something in the corner.  Needed to leave enough room to write a note for the special someone.

I would love to see what you create with My Digital Studio or any other Stampin' Up! products.
